Welcome and Learning Conversations
Clicking 'More' on the menu at the bottom of the home screen will expand a range of options, one of which is to make conference bookings.
After clicking the Conferences button, you will be shown the meeting cycles that are currently open. To make a booking, please click on the child you wish to book for.
A screen will open showing the staff available for you to book with. This will generally be only one staff member, unless your child has multiple class teachers. Please select your chosen staff member and you will be shown a list of available time slots. Please click the time you would like to book.
When prompted, click Confirm Booking to secure your timeslot.
To move an existing booking, click the teacher the booking is with, click the new timeslot you would like to book and confirm that you would like to move your existing booking.
To delete a booking, you can click on the existing booking and choose the 'Remove Booking' option.
If you would like to view your bookings for a Welcome or Learning Conversations, you can click the applicable cycle and then click the book icon in the top right hand corner.
