Who is the Student Wellbeing Team & What is our Newsletter for?
Here is our first Student Wellbeing Newsletter for 2025. You will recieve our new Student Wellbeing Newsletter once every thre weeks. This newsletter will include resources that align with our Student Wellbeing initiatives, Special Events and with the learning that children are doing in the classroom. It will also include a 'Student News' section created by our Student Leadership Team. The purpose of our first newsletter is to introduce our team and some of the Student Wellbeing Support we offer students.
At St Lawrence, the students are at the centre of everything that we do. We have a Student Wellbeing Team who support all of our students. Here are our Wellbeing Team Members for 2025:

On Tuesday, 11th February, our school celebrated Safer Internet Day. Students learnt important skills to help them stay safe online.
To support your child, here are seven practical tips you can use to help ensure their online safety.
As a family, work together to create a family agreement, like the example provided below, to help everyone stay safe online.
To guide your discussion, you can watch Wanda, River, Dusty, and Billie share their online safety tips in this video: https://vimeo.com/751450745.
Share with your child the link to play and learn how to be safe online.
